During my Christmas vacation at this hotel, I found the swimming pool amazing and enjoyed the spacious room with a great view. The breakfast offered was also pretty good. Additionally, the hotel was located in a key spot with several options for food nearby.

My experience was tarnished by the lack of preparation and poor maintenance of the hotel. Upon check-in, the room was not prepared, and I had to ask for toiletries, AC remote, tissue and other basic amenities. The balcony was dirty, and there were also power fluctuations. These issues brought down my stay at the hotel and made it less enjoyable.

We loved the fact that the hotel offered all the basic amenities like moisturizer, body wash, tea/coffee sachets, and kettle. the staff was friendly and prompt in fulfilling our requests which made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel's location made it very accessible and there were plenty of food options nearby.
